Why Tiny Junction

A small railway. A world that folds.

Every piece the railway needs is already on the board, just in the wrong places. Slide the tiles until the line connects, press Run, and the little train chugs along the line to the station.

Then the board starts to change. It folds into an L, wraps around a corner, and finally becomes a tiny cube planet. Carry a tile once round a corner point and it comes home turned, so a curve that faced the wrong way can be made to fit. In Starport, the expert world, every line winds over all six sides of the planet.

01

Slide, connect, run

Every piece the line needs is already on the board. Slide the tiles into place so the train can reach the station, press Run, and watch it roll.

02

Boards that change shape

Flat tables fold into an L, wrap around a corner and finally become a tiny cube planet. Carry a tile once round a corner point and it comes home turned.

03

Calm by design

No countdowns, no lives. A broken line just stops the train and shows you the gap. Undo as often as you like.

01 / The puzzle

Fix the railway.

One empty socket, and tiles only move by sliding into it. Reconnect the railway so the locomotive can reach the station, then press Run. Every route has a proven fewest-moves solution. Match it to earn a crown.

Stuck? Ask for a hint to see a useful next move.

Two iPhone captures: a folded board with sliding tiles and a Run button, and the Route complete panel showing six moves, a best of six and a Perfect Route badge.

02 / The fold

Watch the board fold.

A long flat board folds over an edge into an L. The empty socket travels over the fold, the tiles follow it, and the train climbs from one face to the next on its way to the station.

03 / Tiny worlds

Around the corner.

Three faces meeting at one point. Then a whole cube, with the railway running over every edge. The empty space travels over the folds, and so do your tiles. Carry a curve once round a corner point and it comes home turned; Alpine's Round the Corner shows you how.

Two iPhone captures: a snowy three-face Alpine board with a tutorial tip, and a grassy cube planet with a finished railway.

04 / Seven worlds

84 cozy routes.

Meadow, Alpine, Old Town, Frontier, Coast and Metro, then Starport, the expert world, where every line winds over all six sides of a tiny planet. Each world has twelve routes, its own look and its own sounds, from birdsong in the fields to trams in the city.

Leaderboards (fewest moves, then fastest time) and achievements in Game Center.

Two iPhone captures: the Select Level screen with the Meadow world card and numbered level tiles on a winding track, and the main menu.
